Planning Basics
A useful week balances energy, training, mobility, fuel, stress, recovery, and checkup actions. The plan should fit real days, not an ideal calendar.
Choose small repeatable actions: one walk, one protein anchor, one mobility reset, one recovery sequence, or one appointment question.
If symptoms, injuries, mood shifts, or major health changes appear, adjust the plan and seek qualified guidance.
