Choose small repeatable actions: one walk, one protein anchor, one mobility reset, one recovery sequence, or one appointment question.

If symptoms, injuries, mood shifts, or major health changes appear, adjust the plan and seek qualified guidance.

Reset Blueprint — 3 Core Actions

Mon: 10-minute walk. Wed: fuel template. Fri: recovery sequence. Duration: 10–25 minutes. Modification: seated breathing or gentle mobility. Safety: stop for unusual symptoms.

Stability Blueprint — 5 Daily Anchors

Daily: water, daylight, protein meal, 10-minute walk, evening wind-down. Duration: 20–35 minutes total. Modification: choose three anchors on heavy days.

Strong Blueprint — Training, Fuel, Recovery, Prevention

Mon strength, Tue walk and mobility, Wed fuel prep, Thu conditioning, Fri private/checkup question, Sat longer walk, Sun recovery review. Keep progress gradual.
